Scope and Information Processed

Rumpelstiltskin operates at rumpelstiltskin.video and lets you create AI dance videos from one or two photos. This notice also covers other AI tools available on this website. Read this notice alongside the Terms of Service.

• Account data: name, email, profile image, account identifiers, authentication sessions and verification records. Social sign-in shares authorized profile information, not the identity provider's password.
• Media and tasks: submitted photos (including dancer and optional onlooker portraits), videos, audio, recordings, scripts, dance duration, aspect ratio, sound and model settings, generated speech and videos, task status, errors, timestamps and credit usage. Media can contain faces, voices and other personal information.
• Billing data: orders, subscriptions, products, amounts, currency, payment status, billing email and payment-provider references. Payment credentials are entered through the payment provider's checkout; this application's integration is not designed to store complete card numbers or card security codes.
• Technical data: browser and device information, request and security logs, diagnostics, and usage events received by enabled analytics services.

Local file selection can show a browser preview before submission. Uploading or generating transmits the required material to storage and processing services. Recording requires microphone permission; recordings submitted for generation are processed as audio inputs.

Purposes and Providers

Information is used for authentication, verification and service emails, media storage, AI generation, result delivery, task history, credits, payments, subscriptions, troubleshooting, abuse investigation and support requests.

Depending on the selected feature and enabled configuration, providers include Cloudflare R2 and delivery infrastructure; database and hosting services; fal.ai for Kling reference-to-video dance generation, Sync models and MiniMax speech; ApiMart for Seedance where enabled; their underlying model services; the selected payment provider such as Creem, PayPal or Stripe; and configured email, identity, analytics or support services.

AI services receive the inputs or media links and settings needed for the request. Providers may process data outside your country and retain it under their own policies. This notice does not promise identical retention or model-training practices across all providers.

Media Access and Homepage Examples

Uploading or generating does not automatically add content to the homepage examples. The homepage uses selected examples and separately labeled official demonstrations. There is no user gallery-submission or publication-approval workflow.

Media currently uses directly accessible links. Someone with a media link may be able to open it without signing into your account. Authentication on task and download APIs does not make the underlying media link account-private. Upload verification tokens validate generation inputs, not access to the media file.

Do not upload confidential or highly sensitive material. Sharing links or downloading files can create copies outside our control; removing a stored file cannot erase copies already saved elsewhere.

Retention and Deletion

The application does not currently enforce automatic media deletion on a fixed schedule.

Account and task records support service operation and history. Media files are stored separately. Download results you want to retain; links are not a permanent-backup guarantee.

The current account-deletion function removes associated application database records but does not currently trigger deletion of corresponding stored media or third-party records. Contact support with task IDs or links to request media removal or other personal-data assistance. Identity or ownership verification may be needed.

Cookies, Storage and Analytics

Authentication cookies and browser storage support sessions, language preferences, reward reminders and restoring recent task state. Browser restrictions on cookies or storage may affect sign-in and other functions.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions. It can receive page URLs, usage events, browser and device information, and network information from your browser. You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Other enabled analytics, advertising or support integrations may also load. The current website does not include a general optional-cookie consent panel; this notice does not imply that such controls already exist.

Security and Requests

The application checks account ownership for task operations and uses HTTPS for configured public media delivery. No online service guarantees absolute security; consider the direct-link limitation before uploading.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other action concerning personal information. Contact support to make a request. Do not submit a minor's personal information without appropriate authority and a lawful, safe purpose.
