Service and Accounts

Rumpelstiltskin at rumpelstiltskin.video provides AI dance video generation from one or two photos, task history and downloads of available results. The dance generator uses Kling through fal.ai and supports the duration, aspect ratio and sound options shown in the interface. Other available tools may offer lip-sync generation, audio upload, browser recording and text-to-speech. Features and limits depend on the selected model and enabled services.

Sign in to upload and generate. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized access. Recording requires microphone permission. Third-party services can affect availability and processing time. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and media access.

Content and Permissions

You retain rights you already hold in uploads and any rights you may have in generated output. To fulfill requests, you authorize Rumpelstiltskin and its processing providers to store, copy, transmit and process required inputs and outputs. Uploading does not transfer ownership to Rumpelstiltskin.

You must hold the necessary rights and consent for submitted media, faces, voices, music and scripts. Confirm these permissions before generation. Output does not grant another person's copyright, likeness, privacy or commercial-use rights. Commercial use also depends on the selected provider's terms.

Content is not automatically added to homepage examples. There is no user gallery-submission workflow. Any separate permission to feature a user's work must be obtained separately; generation alone is not promotional-display permission. Media uses direct links, not account-private delivery, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses and Output Review

Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized endorsements, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation of minors, unlawful harm, forged evidence or rights infringement. Do not bypass authentication, payment, credit or rate-limit safeguards, distribute malware or interfere with service operation.

AI results can contain timing errors, visual artifacts, incorrect speech or other defects. Review results before use and provide disclosures required by applicable law or the publication platform. Exact choreography, facial resemblance, lip sync, compatibility with every face or file, and particular artistic results are not guaranteed. Text-to-speech produces spoken audio, not music or singing from lyrics.

We may restrict tasks or accounts in response to abuse, rights complaints, unpaid amounts, security risks or legal obligations. This does not imply a user-facing publication-approval or moderation workflow.

Generation Credits and Failures

The generator shows supported options and the credit cost before submission. Uploaded inputs are validated before generation. Dance generation reserves the displayed credits when the task is created; cost depends on the selected duration. Confirmed failed or rejected dance tasks return their reserved credits. A request whose submission cannot be confirmed remains pending until its status is resolved; contact support with the task ID before starting another generation.

For other tools offering text-to-speech, text mode reserves credits based on the estimated duration and settles video cost using the actual speech duration. Unused credits are returned; additional credits may be charged automatically if the balance allows, as explained beside the generation button.

Successfully generated speech remains charged if video generation fails. The saved-speech option can reuse that audio without another text-to-speech charge. Confirmed failed tasks return reserved video credits. An unconfirmed submission or a video still being saved is not automatically a failed generation; contact support with the task ID instead of submitting again.

Credit adjustments are not cash refunds. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted. Incorrect balances caused by duplicate processing, refunds, chargebacks, fraud or errors may be corrected.

Daily Rewards and One-Time Trials

When enabled, daily rewards require a signed-in account with verified email and a manual claim. Claim the displayed amount once per UTC day; reminders show reset time locally. Daily reward credits do not expire. Other credit types follow their own validity rules.

The one-time trial, when enabled, uses lipsync-2 with uploaded video and audio, each up to 10 seconds, and requires verified email. It excludes text-to-speech and does not charge account credits. Daily capacity is limited; failures or unconfirmed submissions can consume a slot. Automatic retries are not promised.

Purchases, Subscriptions and Cash Refunds

Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled. Offers identify the product, amount, currency, billing period and credits. Monthly and yearly subscriptions recur; one-time credit packs are not subscriptions. Yearly plan credit amounts are monthly allowances, not an immediately spendable annual total. Credit release and validity rules appear with the plan and account records.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the provider's confirmed status and effective date. Current-period access or immediate cancellation depends on the purchased offer and provider. Check Billing for the recorded end date. Canceling renewal is not itself a refund request.

Payments are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Contact support with the order reference if a payment appears incorrect. A generation-credit return or subscription cancellation does not itself refund a payment. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Availability, Deletion and Intellectual Property

Download results you wish to retain; the service is not a permanent-backup guarantee. The application does not currently enforce automatic media deletion on a fixed schedule.

Current account deletion removes associated application database records but does not automatically remove stored media or third-party records. Contact support for media-removal assistance; read the Privacy Policy before uploading sensitive information.

The software, interface and branding belong to their respective owners or licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of the service or third-party models. This is an independent AI creation website. References to the Rumpelstiltskin story, films or dance meme do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by filmmakers, performers or other rights holders.

Responsibility, Changes and Contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guaranteed uninterrupted access or a specific output. Responsibility remains subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Terms will be updated when service rules change. Review material changes before continued use. English and Chinese versions describe the same rules; report inconsistencies for correction.
